Project DESCO
Vidaco was tasked with enhancing the reliability, productivity, and product integrity of Knauf Insulation’s production line. This involved replacing and fabricating new components, reprogramming the entire line with a new control system, and creating custom software for both new and existing equipment. The project also integrated a new cutting and dosing machine from another supplier, merging old, new, and existing systems. Vidaco’s unified engineering and programming approach ensured the project was completed on time without interrupting production, resulting in significantly increased productivity and reduced maintenance costs and downtime.
