Tvrtka je u srpnju 2025. godine započela s projektom VIDACO-GO koji je usmjeren na jačanje konkurentnosti i izvoznog potencijala poduzeća kroz sudjelovanje na tri međunarodna sajma u Njemačkoj, Srbiji i Sloveniji, radi predstavljanja usluga, ulaska na nova inozemna tržišta i uspostave suradnje s inozemnim partnerima. Projekt je uspješno završen te je VIDACO sudjelovao na sajmovima EMO Hannover, International Industry Fair Celje te Međunarodni sajam tehnike Beograd.
Projekt je sufinanciran sredstvima Europske unije iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj u okviru Programa Konkurentnost i kohezija 2021.–2027., poziv „Potpora MSP-ovima za internacionalizaciju“.

As of 1st of March 2026, Vidaco successfully relocated its headquarters from Mokrice 179, 49243 Oroslavje to a new facility at Matenačka 37, 49240 Donja Stubica, Croatia.
The relocation represents a significant strategic step in the company’s continued growth within industrial automation, robotic integration, and custom machinery engineering. The new headquarters is located in a nearby industrial zone, ensuring continuity of operations while enabling expanded development capacity.

Q: Hi Martin. Tell us something about your educational background?
A: I completed my Master’s in mechanical engineering at the University North in Varaždin, specializing in Production. It gave me a solid foundation in engineering principles, production processes, and modern manufacturing tech. I learned a lot about production optimization, quality control, and advanced manufacturing methods.
Q: How does working for Vidaco bring value and growth for you, as a young engineer?
A: Even though I’ve only been at Vidaco for a short while, it’s already given me a deep dive into automation and robotics. I’m hands-on with cutting-edge tech and learning how Vidaco innovates for clients. It’s not just about honing my technical skills; it’s personal growth too. Challenges here keep me sharp and the team vibe pushes me to grow professionally and personally. I’m eager to keep developing in this dynamic field and help Vidaco thrive.
Q: What are the biggest challenges for you as a young engineer working with clients?
A: Building trust and credibility is a big one. Being new to the game, I work hard to show I know my stuff and can deliver. Clear communication is key—I must listen closely, ask the right questions, and explain solutions in a way that clicks. Managing expectations is another challenge, especially with complex tech issues. But with each project, I gain more confidence and skills to handle it all better.
Q: What’s your vision of yourself in the next year?
A: Professionally, I see myself diving deeper into automation and robotics, tackling more complex projects, and stepping up in my team. I want to be a go-to engineer, delivering top-notch results for our clients. Personally, I’m focused on sharpening my communication and problem-solving skills. I aim to be a more seasoned pro who can take on any challenge with confidence and be a real asset to the team.

On Friday, March 28th, Vidaco, in collaboration with SAT-RA, successfully hosted What’s New in TrailerWIN 2025? at the SAT-RA facilities in Skopje, Macedonia. The event gathered TrailerWIN users, prospective clients, and industry professionals from across the region for a day filled with knowledge sharing, hands-on demonstrations, and meaningful networking.
The conference opened with a welcome from the Vidaco team, who presented the company’s role as the regional distributor of TrailerWIN. This was followed by a detailed walkthrough of the latest features and improvements in the 2025 version of TrailerWIN, covering all modules and practical use cases.
